Kevin "Cottie" Tan started his career in barbering from first making his own hair product, Mentaga (Bahasa Malaysia for Butter). One barber saw the passion and potential in Cottie and set him up on the path that would one day lead to the opening of The Oven Cuttery. Cottie's clients (creatives, hipsters, men, women, and the like) come into The Oven tired and weary of everyday life. On Cottie's chair, each client gets a hot towel treatment, a fresh cut, and a slather of Mentega before you’re pushed fresh out of the oven for whatever lies ahead!
