Cacoethes Studio will be responsible for the creative direction of the video to best capture and interpret your work to the best of our abilities.
- The creative director will select the best footages and content for the client’s approval and/or change request during the review process (first cut).
- The final cut will take the Client’s comments and requests into consideration.
Cacoethes Studio will be responsible for sourcing and selecting a royalty free music for the video.
Note: You may provide us with inspiration (videos, photos, music, mood board, etc.) to help us with our creative direction.

Cacoethes Studio will relinquish any copyright or intellectual property rights to the final cuts of the agreed upon deliverables once full payment has been made.

The contents of this production (video, photo and audio) may be distributed via Around the Block’s official channels:
- Instagram
- Facebook
- Youtube
- Vimeo
- Etc
Note: Only applicable to content all parties agree to be released on Around The Block (such as the, but not limited to, "Around The Block with" series)

The Client will make a non-refundable 50% down-payment prior to the commencement of any work.
The remaining 50% is payable to Cacoethes Studios upon completion of the project.

If, after the project has commenced, subsequent invoices are not paid within 30 days, a 5% “delayed payment” fee will be charged.
This initial 5% figure will be added upon each recurring 30 day period until the full amount has been received by Cacoethes.

All quotations submitted are based on reasonable time schedules, as agreed upon in contract details.
In cases where the work is requested on a “rush” or “overtime” basis, any additional costs incurred due to such circumstances, will be reflected in our final invoice.
- Any additional costs incurred due to such circumstances will be made known to the Client before a “rushed” or “overtime” work is to begin.

In exceptional circumstances, a cancellation fee for work completed shall be paid by the client, with the fee based on the stage of project completion.
The fee will not exceed 100% of the total project cost.
The project can be cancelled, in writing by Cacoethes Studio.
Cacoethes will transfer ownership of the copyright of the video deliverables completed, based on the stage of project completion.

Cacoethes Studio affirms that all original, does not infringe any copyright laws and, therefore, owns the rights granted under this agreement.

Cacoethes Studio shall be indemnified by the Client in respect of any claims, costs and expenses arising out of any libellous matter or any infringement of copyright, patent, and design or of any proprietary or personal rights contained in any materials produced for the customer.
The indemnity shall extend to any amounts paid on legal advice in settlement of any claim.

Differences between the (final) cut/result and the agreements made cannot serve as grounds for rejection, discount, damages or dissolution of the agreement if those differences are reasonably of minor importance, taking all the circumstances into account.

Cuts/Proofs of all work may be submitted for Client’s approval and Cacoethes shall incur no liability for any errors not corrected by the customer in proofs so submitted.

It is the Client’s responsibility to supply any images, clips and text needed for the design.
Any delay in its delivery will likewise delay the final delivery of the output.
